ABOUT J'S
Joel started the company with a simple aim: to serve great food in welcoming spaces. His background includes time at 8 Northumberland Avenue in Trafalgar Square in 2019, where he worked alongside experienced event teams and gained a real understanding of what it takes to deliver memorable occasions. Since then, he’s built hands-on experience across the industry — from managing restaurants to creating cocktails in Soho — learning every side of hospitality along the way.

Today, it’s very much a team effort. Joel works closely with talented chefs and dedicated front-of-house staff who share the same commitment to quality, creativity and genuine service. Together, they bring energy, professionalism and personality to every event, pop-up and project they take on.
We’re also passionate about partnering with local, sustainable suppliers, bringing the freshest ingredients and responsibly sourced produce to every dish we create. Some of our suppliers include:
Based out of East Linton, Brose make delicious products from locally grown 100% Scottish oats and locally sourced water. We use their Barista-style oat milk. Brose also keep sustainability in-mind, we return all of our glass bottles which they reuse for the next delivery. No plastic involved whatsoever.
Henry’s Coffee Company is a family-run business based in Falkirk, where they locally roast their beans. Not only do they provide us super-tasty coffee, they help us stay eco-friendly with there ‘bean-box’ service, reusing all packaging invlolved with delivery.
Fords The Bakers are based in Edinburgh, where they bake there products freshly each morning. We get there fresh-out-the oven morning rolls delivered on the morning of each day of service. There buns are the key to how are bacon butties taste so good...

Anderson’s is a traditional family butcher at the heart of North Berwick’s community. They pride themselves on providing the finest locally sourced produce and take environmental responsibilities seriously. They were selected for the Scotsman‘s ‘Best of the Best Butchers’ list.
