Anderson’s is a traditional family butcher at the heart of North Berwick’s community. They pride themselves on providing the finest locally sourced produce and take environmental responsibilities seriously. They were selected for the Scotsman‘s ‘Best of the Best Butchers’ list.
Based out of East Linton, Brose make delicious products from locally grown 100% Scottish oats and locally sourced water. We use their Barista-style oat milk. Brose also keep sustainability in-mind, we return all of our glass bottles which they reuse for the next delivery. No plastic involved whatsoever.
Henry’s Coffee Company is a family-ran business based in Falkirk, where they locally roast their beans. Not only do they provide us super-tasty coffee, they help us stay eco-friendly with there ‘bean-box’ service, reusing all packaging invlolved with delivery.
Fords The Bakers are based in Edinburgh, where they bake there products freshly each morning. We get there fresh-out-the oven morning rolls delivered on the morning of each day of service. There buns are the key to how are bacon butties taste so good...
Joel and Juod's
Story
J's Catering Services is a partnership formed by two long-term friends, Joel and Juod. Between them they have had vast and varied careers in the hospitality industry.
Juod is a young and passionate chef. Before starting J's Catering Services he was head chef of ‘The Godalming Food Company’ in Surrey, serving his ‘Deli Kitchen’ menu and ‘Deli After Dark’, a tapas-style menu late night on the weekends, showcasing locally sourced ingredients pulled straight from the shelf. Originating from Bahrain and family from Germany, North Africa and the Middle East, Juod has had the opportunity to gather recipes from across the world.
Joel has always been front of house. He has been lucky enough to work alongside some of the country's most experienced event organisers during his time at 8 Northumberland Avenue in Trafalgar Square back in 2019. Since then, Joel has gained as much experience as possible, from managing restaurants to creating cocktails in Soho, Joel's seen it all.
